  December 2004 Sarvey has long been a name that people can trust when it comes to their insurance and notary needs. Sarvey grew up as the son of a poor sharecropper, his family often having more crops on their fields than money in the bank. This poverty inspired young Jim to make a success of his future. They also broke new ground by being the first online messenger service wiht a photo center.
